A two-bedroom Sea Point apartment transformed from an empty shell into a guest-ready, beautifully styled short-term rental.

The brief was clear: create a space that feels elevated without feeling cold. The client wanted something that photographs beautifully, functions perfectly for guests, and earns consistently. We developed a palette of warm whites, natural oak, and deep navy — a nod to the coastal location without resorting to obvious maritime clichés. Every piece was selected for both visual impact and practical durability.
